Dairy Crest Low Fat Spread is produced from a blend of dairy cream and vegetable oils to produce a pale yellow, close, smooth, homogenous textured halvarine spread. It is half fat spread with a creamy taste, free from rancid and other off flavours.
Applications:
Filled Baguettes, Sandwiches, Biscuits, Cakes and Ready Meals.
Packaging:
Low Fat Spread is supplied in 25kg corrugated fibreboard cases lined with blue polythene film.
