Dairy Crest Whey Cream is produced from whey from traditional English cheese manufacture. This whey is screened and separated, and the resultant cream is subjected to a pasteurising heat treatment. Due to the point of separation of the whey cream, it has a mild cheese flavour, which is of benefit in added value products like cheesecakes and dips.
